On July 7, the air compressor station of Uniroyal Electronics Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Uniroyal Electronics") in Kunshan, Jiangsu, equipped with Hanbell's AY series oil-free screw air compressors, post?treatment equipment, and metering devices, successfully passed certification by an authoritative organization as a first?class energy?efficient (oil?free) air compressor station. It was also awarded the plaque of "First?Class Energy?Efficient Compressed Air Station" by the industry association.
Achieving first?class energy efficiency for an air compressor station is not merely about upgrading equipment; it is a systematic engineering endeavor. The key lies in shifting the focus from single?unit compressor energy savings to system?level energy efficiency for the entire compressed air station. This requires holistic optimization across the full chain, including air compressors, post?treatment equipment, rational piping design, as well as the installation of energy recovery devices, intelligent control systems, operation protocols, and regular maintenance practices.
As the designer of this project, Hanbell Precision Machinery's Air Compressor Division provided a tailor?made, end?to?end solution for Uniroyal Electronics, covering equipment selection, piping layout, and intelligent control. At the core of the project are Hanbell's AY?160W?D?AM permanent magnet variable?frequency oil?free screw air compressors and other oil?free compressed air related equipment. Following rigorous measurement and evaluation by an accredited testing institution in accordance with GB/T 16665?2025 Energy Saving Monitoring for Air Compressor Units and Air Supply Systems and GB/T 45785?2025 Energy Performance Evaluation of Compressed Air Stations, the oil?free compressed air station was certified as meeting the first?class energy?efficiency standard.
